Watching Netflix, partying and jamming to music are all fun but somewhere at the back of your head all the unfinished assignments remind you of reality. All of us have procrastinated at some point in our life. Last summer, I decided to change my life and put an end to this fatal disease, yes a disease that will not stop spreading until you tackle it. Here are some steps that have helped me get through procrastination: Make a to do list Make a list of EVERYTHING that needs to get done. Include things like taking a shower, doing your nails, eating food etc. that way you'll get used to the feeling of checking things off a list and will want to do it more often. There are several apps available to help you make a to do list. Personally, I prefer using a handwritten list as it has proven to be more effective and therapeutic for me.
